This project will explore the possibilities to design a historical building to fit the needs of designing a boutique hotel. By giving the unique experience, and comfort for the consumers. This project follows some of the historical preservation building codes for the Flatiron Building.

Environment Behavior Theory: It is the theory that affects the mood. It is related to the psychological comfort, safety and security in the space.

Regenerative Design Theory: The process of regenerating energy into the person. Also the felling of reconnecting to nature by using sustainable and natural materials, that makes them relax and give refreshing sense it will reduce stress level that was collected form daily activity.
